How it works

Pick an app to test
Choose an app or game from the ones available to you. Each one comes with a few simple things to try.

Play it and tell us what to improve
Use it the way you normally would, then answer a few quick questions: what you liked, what confused you and what would make it better.

Earn rewards and experience
Finish testing and you earn rewards in the app. Every app you test also adds to your experience as a tester.
What testers do
You don't need any technical skills. If you can play a game and say what you think, you can test.
- Play the first minutes of a new game and tell us if it was clear what to do
- Try a new feature in an app and say how it felt to use
- Spot bugs, crashes and anything that looks broken
- Point out screens, buttons or wording that confused you
- Say what would make you keep playing, and what would make you stop
How rewards work
You earn rewards when you finish testing an app or game and send your feedback. The apps and games you can test, and the rewards for each, are shown in the app.
Every app you test also builds your experience: you get better at spotting what makes an app easy, confusing or fun, and your feedback gets sharper.

Who can join?
Anyone aged 18 or over with an iPhone, in a country where the app is available.
What does testing involve?
You pick an app or game, try a few simple things in it, such as the first levels or a new feature, then answer a few questions about what to improve.
Do I need testing experience?
No. Each app comes with simple things to try, and the questions are written for everyday players. Your experience grows with every app you test.
How is my feedback used?
Your answers help the people who make apps and games find problems and improve what they build. Feedback may be combined with answers from other testers to spot common issues. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
How do rewards work?
You earn rewards when you finish testing an app or game and send your feedback. What you can test, and the rewards for it, are shown in the app and vary by country. See How rewards work and our Terms of Service.
Is testing a job?
No. You test in your free time, as much or as little as you like. Rewards are a thank-you for the testing you finish, not wages or a source of income.
What about my privacy?
We use your information to show you apps and games to test, deliver rewards, keep things fair and improve the app. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, who we share it with and your choices, including how to delete your account.
